The Job

  • Act as the personal secretary of General Manager (Corporate Communications).
  • Handle telephone and correspondences in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage daily work schedule and general clerical work, coordinate appointments and meetings with internal and external parties, and prepare agenda and minutes for meetings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems for the General Manager and his / her responsible teams.
  • Compile statistics and information as directed. 
  • Perform general administrative duties, manage expenses processing, and provide assistance in budgeting and financial control.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

The Person

Education and Qualification/ Experience

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial or executive assistant experience, with exposure in public organisations preferred.

Knowledge or skill required

  • High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Familiarity with expense management, budget tracking, and basic financial reporting.
