At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. Whether it’s global events, internal communications, or transformative campaigns, we help some of the world’s biggest brands connect with their people in extraordinary ways. And none of that happens without the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

We are specialists in the technology sector. We create incredible live brand experiences – the sort that really make a difference. Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.

We’re looking for a highly organised, technically skilled, and collaborative Production Manager - Build, Exhibition and Environments to join our growing technical production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving challenges, managing Build and Exhibition projects from concept to delivery, and working with suppliers and on-site build crews to deliver exceptional results.  As Events Production Manager, you may take the lead on delivering Build or Exhibition Production for a project or work as part of a team of production managers on larger initiatives. You’ll be analysing the project brief, defining the project scope, and allocating resources and budget to turn creative concepts for builds and environments into reality. You’ll be accountable for managing on-site teams and forming valuable supplier relationships while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical expertise in Build and Exhibition production and teams support across all areas of events and exhibitions.
  • Demonstrating strong familiarity and experience collaborating with build and infrastructure vendors throughout all phases of exhibition and event production.
  • Collaborating closely with the creative production team to guide solutions while managing build limitations and budgets.
  • Overseeing all on-site build elements, including fit-up, get-out, and personnel oversight.
  • Partnering with event producers, designers, and team members to develop effective solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to ensure flawless production delivery.
  • Conducting comprehensive site inspections and advising on construction of build items and logistics.
  • Assessing equipment, materials, and resource needs, and coordinating procurement/crew arrangement with the project manager
  • Contributing to client proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure favourable client rates while ensuring highest-quality standards. Preparing and evaluating supplier RFPs and appointing as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, health and safety, and fire regulations both internally and on-site.
  • Staying updated on Customs regulations for transporting equipment and build materials regionally and internationally and supporting the Head of Technical Production on processes improvement to allow  smooth project delivery.
We’re looking for someone with technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering flawless builds and exhibitions.

You should have:
  • Good customer service skills and client focus
  • Proven Office 365 capability, advanced Excel proficiency and sound information and communication technology (ICT) skills and use of Computer Aided Design and drafting tools (AutoCAD).
  • Proven experience of producing and delivering multiple projects to deadlines and budget.
  • Sound knowledge of exhibition and environment build disciplines.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience of contract management.
  • Abroad network of suppliers and crew to call upon.
  • Good knowledge of other aspects of production
  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people come first.
  • The chance to work with some of the world’s biggest technology brands.
  • Exciting international travel opportunities.
  • Career development and leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • A passionate, inclusive, and ambitious team delivering best-in-class experiences.
