AJF Inspections is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager, Arizona to oversee and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Account Executives and Marketing Representatives to drive business growth through relationship-building and sales strategies. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our premier brand, ensuring your team meets and exceeds sales objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.

AJF is a premier, full-service Certified Home, Commercial, Radon, and Sewer Line Inspection Company. With an impressive legacy, we are committed to providing our customers with peace of mind by delivering comprehensive inspection services and educating them on potential issues with their prospective properties. 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across Arizona to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee and drive the team’s efforts to build relationships with real estate professionals and industry partners through in-person meetings, networking events, phone calls, and social media.
  • Proactively identify and address obstacles preventing sales growth and provide strategic solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee in-person sales presentations, real estate office visits, and industry events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Execute training programs to enhance team skills in sales, relationship-building, and industry knowledge.
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and event planning for team initiatives.
  • Cultivate a positive, high-energy, team-oriented culture that encourages collaboration and professional development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing agents across Arizona.
  • Conduct joint field visits, support team members with client presentations, sponsorships, and follow-up activities.
  • Utilize the company CRM for documenting growth activity, client conversation and follow up which include email campaigns to promote AJF across Arizona.

Marketing Strategy + Execution

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to localize campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Identify local PR, social media, and community partnership opportunities that strengthen brand reputation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations and Client Care to ensure sales commitments align with service delivery.
  • Share field insights, competitive intel, and market feedback with leadership to guide strategy.
  • Work with Recruiting and HR to hire, onboard, and support sales and marketing talent across Arizona.

Experience Needed:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, marketing management, real estate, or business development.
  • A strong leader who inspires and motivates a sales team to perform at their best.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in hosting and managing events to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with other departments.
  • Availability to attend events and networking opportunities outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring sales teams with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

What'S Required:

  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Google apps, Microsoft Office/Office 365, and various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Reliable transportation and a professional appearance are required.
  • This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend availability required for trade shows and sponsored events.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed (25%–40%).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of homes and commercial property inspections, and/or real estate.
  • A track record of success in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales and marketing teams.
