Job Description
As part of Coface’s digital transformation, we are looking for a Hybrid IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects at the intersection of business and technical teams. This role supports innovation, process optimization, and modernization of our information systems.
This is a fixed-term project with a duration of two years
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: business, IT, security, data.
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and action plans.
- Lead project committees and governance bodies.
- Draft project deliverables (specifications, meeting minutes, test plans, etc.).
- Support users through change management and adoption of new tools.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Qualifications
Technical and Functional Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in IT project management within complex environments.
- Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence.
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Professional English required (written and spoken).
Education
Master’s degree in IT, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
Personal Qualities
- Leadership, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
Additional Assets
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in insurance, credit, or financial services.
- Knowledge of Java development and contract management tool.
