About The Role

We are seeking a Global Office Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of our global offices in Hyderabad, India; Melbourne, Australia; and Denver, Colorado. Based in our Hyderabad office, you will coordinate global office activities, manage vendors and maintenance requests, and ensure smooth daily operations across our sites. 
 
As the Global Office Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all non-Workplace Technology office needs in Hyderabad, including supplies, maintenance, and large on-site events. You will also coordinate office visitation requests and manage billing and invoicing for global office operations. This role is primarily operations-fo

cused, requiring hands-on management and strong organizational skills, while providing exposure to working with globally dispersed teams. 

What You Will Own

  • Facilities & office management, including leases, supplies, and safety compliance as needed 
  • Vendor & contract management across cleaning, pest control, maintenance, security, and travel services 
  • Office budgeting, invoicing, and expense management 
  • Health & safety, risk compliance, and emergency protocols 
  • Onboarding coordination in partnership with People & Culture 
  • Partnering with IT/Workplace Technology on office infrastructure needs 
  • Supporting and coordinating Hyderabad-based events and large-scale office activities  

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or business operations 
  • Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and office-related invoicing 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and workplace compliance standards 
  • Experience supporting employee events or office engagement initiatives 
  • Comfort with workplace technology platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, Okta, or similar tools) 
  • Exposure to SaaS, software, or technology-enabled companies
