Essential Job Functions

  • Industry experience within international supply chain and transportation
  • Develop, design and implement a curriculum for employees, catered to the mode of transport required for their job function, including best practices, work instructions and processes improvement
  • Maintain and facilitate training curriculum, demos, documentation and certification for all existing employees in the field
  • Develop a training schedule and evaluation for New Hire Onboarding and Continuous Development, including defined milestones and expectations for certification
  • Analyze metrics designed to monitor performance and effectiveness of training content and workshops in accordance with company standards, including global trade compliance, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Business Application Owners and the Operations Leadership to determine training gaps, highlighting opportunities by region/station, mode of transport, carrier or client
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Technology and Global Trade Compliance teams to manage the process, workflow, data quality and roadmap
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in a small setting, as well as across different geographic locations.
  • Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure; drive short-term actions that are consistent with long-term goals.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio and backlog management tools.
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Travel required, up to 25%

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of software training experience; prior SaaS experience a strong bonus
  • Management learning experience in designing, planning and implementing learning programs
  • Experience with organizational learning and development program delivery
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in the Logistics industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software
