Location: Hybrid – Local to Hoboken, NJ

The Role:
We are seeking a Systems Administrator focused on SaaS operations, identity and access management (IAM), secure device lifecycle management, and the implementation of enterprise security controls. You will manage core internal systems, execute migrations, respond to security incidents, and drive best-in-class operational practices across the company.
You should be highly technical, process-driven, and comfortable owning everything from user provisioning to network troubleshooting to cloud access policies. You will collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Engineering to build scalable, secure, and automated internal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain all internal SaaS platforms, including user lifecycle management, permissions, configuration, and security audits.
- Manage identity systems and SSO/SCIM integrations across Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, JumpCloud, Rippling, or similar platforms.
- Perform and lead SaaS/data migrations, consolidations, and vendor transitions.
- Monitor, triage, and respond to security incidents in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Manage Windows and macOS devices via MDM platforms (Kandji, Intune, Rippling, etc.), including security baselines, device imaging, patching, and compliance enforcement.
- Support and refine internal network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, and zero-trust access tools.
- Contribute to certification and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, HITRUST, CEHRT), including evidence collection and control implementation.
- Resolve IT support issues ranging from account access to endpoint protection troubleshooting.
- Assist with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure components (EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM, etc.), focusing on security and operational reliability.
- Document processes, runbooks, and incident reports to support internal knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
- SaaS Administration: Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS ecosystems and performing account, policy, and configuration management cross-platform.
- Identity Management: Deep understanding of identity providers (Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, etc.), SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, and IAM best practices.
- SaaS & Data Migrations: Experience executing platform migrations—including planning, data validation, and cutovers.
- Security Incident Response: Ability to detect, triage, investigate, and resolve security events.
- Device Management: Expertise administering Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Kandji, Intune, Rippling, etc.).
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, ACLs, and general network troubleshooting.
- Cloud (AWS): Familiarity with EC2, VPCs, RDS, IAM, and basic cloud security principles.
- Remote Workforce Enablement: Experience supporting distributed teams with high security requirements.
- Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
