Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: sales and distribution agreements; marketing and advertising agreements; supplier and procurement contracts; online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.).
- Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices.
- Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks.
Core Requirements
- Master’s degree in law.
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house environment.
- Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters.
- Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs).
- Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3400 – 5200 EUR/Month.
