About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager that will act as a liaison between the Accounting, FP&A, and Finance leadership to ensure optimal cash levels across multiple entities. You will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of the daily cash report, 13-week cash flow forecast, overseeing bank account maintenance, including but not limited to, user maintenance, facilitating changes, and oversight of bank authorizations, application and signing powers. This position reports to the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting. The Treasury Manager role is hybrid remote with one day per week in IPSY's Pembroke Pines, FL office.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Create, maintain, and enhance liquidity reports and forecasts as well as cash flow analysis.
• Work on lender reporting, documentation, compliance, and policy maintenance in cooperation with the team.
• Support the preparation and follow-up work on quarterly and annual, audits and publications.
• Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
• Assists with preparing regulatory reporting- FBAR, FATCA, Dodd Frank, SOX, etc.
• Format large sets of banking data using advanced MS Excel functions (Lookups, SUMIFS, Macros).
• Continuously look for efficiency in our processes, tools and reports and make suggestions to implement these into our operating cadence.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in a treasury, controlling, accounting or a similar discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Motivated collaborator and willingness to work with cross-functional stakeholders and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Experience in treasury or FP&A projects with diverse stakeholders and timelines that drive efficiency, automation, and scale.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, NetSuite, JPM Access, etc.
• Ethical team-player who always operates with integrity.

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range:$110,000—$130,000 USD
