Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

In this role, you will be central to overseeing credit risk management activities across the Inbank Group. You’ll enhance the bank’s credit risk control framework by monitoring, assessing, and reporting on credit quality, while also developing and maintaining robust methodologies and processes. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Inbank’s credit risk practices remain effective, data-driven, and fully aligned with regulatory expectations.
What will you be doing?
- Developing, preparing, and continuously improving regular credit risk reports and key risk metrics.
- Maintaining relevant policies and procedures while providing clear, actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensuring alignment between credit product conditions, approved risk decisions, and internal risk policies across all markets.
- Securing compliance with applicable regulations related to credit and business risk.
- Organising and actively contributing to Credit Committee meetings by providing independent insight, analytical input, and constructive challenge on key risk matters.
Ideally, You Would Have:
- At least 2 years of experience in credit risk management or analytics, preferably within consumer finance, retail banking, or credit institution auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards—especially IFRS 9—and hands-on experience with their practical application.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into meaningful insights.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, paired with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to your work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or other analytical/BI tools is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Estonian, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
