Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management and track progress on key initiatives.
  • Support financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Foster a positive office environment and promote team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service.
