Anker is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for identifying capable independent retailers in Mexican cities with populations exceeding one million, to drive market expansion for Anker and its subsidiary brands. This role will primarily focus on setting up retail kiosks for Anker products in the atriums or main corridors of large shopping malls, and facilitating sales through a franchise model.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research of retail markets in major Mexican cities to identify potential high-quality retailers
Business Negotiation: Engage in business negotiations with potential retailers, introduce the Anker brand and its franchise model, and reach cooperation agreements
Franchise Management: Guide retailers in setting up and operating retail kiosks in accordance with Anker's brand design and philosophy, ensuring brand consistency
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources to ensure retailers receive the necessary kiosk materials and core products in a timely manner
Performance Tracking: Regularly track and analyze the sales performance of retailers, provide improvement suggestions, and enhance sales effectiveness
Brand Promotion: Assist retailers in conducting brand promotion activities to increase Anker's brand awareness and influence in the local market QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration
5-8 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably with a background in the retail industry
Familiarity with the Mexican market, with extensive local business resources and connections
Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, capable of independently conducting business negotiations
Strong market analysis and judgment abilities, able to formulate effective market expansion strategies
Team player with the ability to closely collaborate with various internal departments
Ability to adapt to frequent travel and handle work pressure effectively
Proficiency in Spanish and English, Mandarin is a plusApply
