This role will focus on expanding our direct serve business and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and major retailers in the Mexico market • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, collaborate with them to develop joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities • Provide training and support to retailer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and drive salesQualificationsQualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on key account/key retailer development in Mexico market • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions • Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus • Willingness to travel as neededApply
