Lead a national sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives. Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads. Serve as a point of contact for important customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts as well as regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Conduct market research and gain insights, collect demand, analyze competition, and work closely with product and regional teams to enhance local portfolio competitiveness. Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
