As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in bringing this purpose to life, coordinating health and wellbeing services that make workplaces safer and healthier, and ensuring every program runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering health and wellbeing services to our clients. You’ll ensure programs run smoothly, from planning through to execution, and provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders.

Your Day-To-Day Will Include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of health and wellbeing services across Australia, from workshops, seminars, expos, and onsite programs to virtual initiatives.
  • Managing logistics such as scheduling, booking systems, and equipment dispatch.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a great experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external health professionals to deliver services on time and to a high standard.
  • Handling administration tasks including data entry, reporting, and maintaining equipment registers.
  • Monitoring program outcomes and supporting continuous improvement.

About You!

  • Strong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Empathy and confidence in managing relationships with contractors and health professionals.
  • A true team player, we work together and share responsibilities.
  • Experience in health and wellbeing with a qualification in a health discipline (desirable)
  • Proficiency with project management systems like clickup (desirable).
