As an Associate Product Manager (New Graduate), you will play a key role in making complex data and models accessible and understandable for customers and internal teams to understand. We seek a detail-oriented, proactive learner who thrives on translating technical concepts into clear, actionable knowledge. Job Description

What You’Ll Do

In this role, you’ll learn how our products work and help bring structure, clarity, and transparency to technical information by:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for HazardHub’s data, models, and APIs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Learn to explore APIs, datasets, and product workflows to build deep product understanding and share insights with the team.
  • Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to turn complex ideas into simple, clear explanations.
  • Supporting documentation updates such as FAQs, data sheets, and model explainers.
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base and assist in improving documentation standards and processes.
  • Assist in defining and testing new API and application features, participating in agile sprint planning and reviews.
  • Gather and summarize feedback from users and stakeholders, helping to track feature requests and documentation updates.

What You’Ll Bring

Required Skills

  • Interest in using AI tools to work more efficiently and creatively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity about technology especially APIs, datasets, and software products.
  • Good attention to detail and a drive for accuracy in documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and willingness to learn new platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in one of following or equivalent experience Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Earth Science / Environmental Science (hazard-related data), Software Engineering, Information Systems / Information Technology, Math / Statistics.
  • Experience with APIs, data analysis, or technical writing.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum product development practices.
