Position Overview
The Technical Product Manager serves as the technical authority for all aspects of the product offering. Working closely with the Product Manager and Sales teams, this role ensures consistent technical support throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 1.      Requirement Phase: Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate high-level customer use cases into functional and technical requirements.
  2. 2.      Tender Phase: Work with the Product Manager and R&D to define proof-of-concept demonstrations that validate product features as expected.
  3. 3.      Integration & Deployment: Take technical responsibility during product integration and validation into customer devices, ensuring support responsiveness aligns with SLAs.
  4. 4.      Field Returns: Partner with QA, FAE, and R&D teams to analyze field returns, including on-site log captures or manufacturing returns, and implement corrective measures.
  5. 5.      Reporting & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously report relevant customer insights, competitive moves, and market trends to inform product strategy and positioning.

Education

·         Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills

  • Native Korean speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent networking skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid technical background in consumer devices, System-on-Chip (SoC), smart cards, telecommunications, banking, identity, cryptography, or security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience

·         5+ years in a similar technical product management or embedded systems engineering role.
