The project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution for various IT driven initiatives. It requires cross functional coordination and working with onsite/off-shore developers. Lead and guide the technical staff to deliver the best in class technology solutions for AEG Vision. The individual will serve as the liaison between business and technical aspects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

 
  • Excellent in understanding, analyzing and documenting Business Requirements, Functional specifications, Business process flow, Business process mapping.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Support project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, manage schedules, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain alignment between technical and business objectives.
  • Support business units in defining requirements and documenting workflows.
  • Assist in testing, user acceptance, and training coordination.
  • Promote consistency and standardization across business processes.
  • Champion AEG's values of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR 3--4 years of work experience in project coordination, business operations, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • Preferred Experience
  • A background in retail, healthcare, optometry, or multi-location business operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is beneficial but not required.
