We don't just put this out there as a statement, as our culture and ensuring strong levels of engagement is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create a work environment that allows our team to play to their strengths, inspires great performance and supports their wellbeing. We're also super picky about who we bring into the organisation as we want to ensure we are preserving this at all times.

This is a new role to the organisation so if you want the opportunity to truly make your mark on a role then this is it! From day 1 you'll be jumping straight into some active roles and partnering with our team to deliver and execute key actions that support and enhance our amazingly talented team.

This will be a very hands-on “delivery and doing" role where you will be:

  • Driving end to end recruitment activities including ad development and posting, candidate filtering, phone screening, interviews, reference checks and pre-employment checks
  • Building talent pipelines for our key roles, ensuring we have active pools and candidates ready to connect
  • Undertaking market benchmarking and analysis, ensuring we are aligned to market and position salaries
  • Contribute to and execute our organisational onboarding actions

This role will also have involvement in partnering with the People and Culture team to drive and execute on core engagement and learning and development actions, aligned with our EVP and People Strategy.

The Key Details

  • Salary details = $120,000.00 + 12% super
  • This role be based in Sydney and will operate in a hybrid model from our Sydney office for a minimum of 3 days, providing you with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. You may however need to attend the office additional days as required so some flexibility is needed at times

Your Skills And Experience

  • A recruitment background in tech, consulting, or professional services is a must for this role as we want to see your background and knowledge in these fields drive core recruitment actions.
  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for both day to day recruitment actions and also talent pipelining
  • Strong recruiting capabilities and experience, with the ability to demonstrate to me that you'll live and breathe candidate experience - we want every person who connects with us to be excited for the next conversation and be informed about all the steps and actions we undertake in our recruitment process
  • A desire to learn all about what we do, how we do it, the clients and industries we work with, in addition to applying yourself to some learning about core concepts, technologies and certifications that our teams operate within
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of core HR/People and Culture functions, activities and ways of working. We have a solid foundation in place but as we grow as an organisation we need to ensure our People and Culture function is scalable and sustainable

  • Excellent communication – written, verbal and presentation as you’ll be preparing a lot of documents and presenting our day1 induction to our new team members
  • A high level of organisation, time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and focus to ensure that every action we present to our team is polished and delivered to a high standard
