Are you ready to shape the future of B2B marketing in an innovative, international company committed to sustainability and long-term impact? Kiilto is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Professional Hygiene business area to drive our well-known B2B brands, such as Kiilto Pro, Erisan Pro, Antibac, Plum and DAX, across our markets.
Your Role
As Marketing Manager, you will ensure all marketing initiatives enable the achievement of Professional Hygiene business goals. You are responsible for building and maintaining Professional Hygiene brands, while contributing to the development of the Kiilto Pro Brand in alignment with the Kiilto Master brand. Within the business area, you will own the marketing and brand building objectives. You will collaborate closely with, for example, Sales and Solutions Management, and will be supported by Kiilto’s skilled marketing partner community and its expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create brand awareness tailored to each hygiene category in all our markets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in all markets according to business objectives.
- Prepare the annual marketing budget.
- Participate in gathering market insights and transform them into impactful actions.
- Execute marketing activities, such as digital marketing campaigns and events, to reach desired goals.
- Collaborate in lead management together with Sales, and create relevant marketing metrics.
- Actively participate in the professional hygiene management team.
You will report to the CBO for Professional Hygiene at Kiilto. You can be located in one of our offices in the following areas: In Finland (Helsinki, Tampere, Turku); in Sweden (Malmö, Stockholm or Örnsköldsvik); in Norway (Oslo); in Denmark (Assens).
What We Expect
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the hygiene business environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing and brand strategies across international markets.
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective tactical marketing execution.
- Demonstrated success in campaign planning, digital marketing, and event execution. This will happen through close collaboration with our marketers in our countries.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation, combined with a solid understanding of the lead funnel.
- Data- and AI-driven mindset with expertise in setting and following marketing metrics.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Nordic languages is an advantage.
