We’re looking for a Data Product Manager to lead key data products and help drive core infrastructure initiatives. This role blends product thinking, technical depth, and cross-team collaboration perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working closely with engineering, BI, and architecture teams. This is a new role, so you’ll have plenty of room to shape how it works and make it your own.

Responsibilities
- Lead data-heavy products end-to-end from ideation and feasibility through execution, rollout, and ongoing support, individually or with other PMs.
- Set the strategic direction for data as a product, defining how data is structured, governed, and delivered to maximize business impact. Ensure clarity, usability, and adoption through strong data quality practices and business-aligned standards.
- Drive core data infrastructure initiatives by representing product and business needs, ensuring clear value, and partnering with architects and engineering leadership on key platform improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in data-rich or technical environments.
- Previous hands-on technical experience (e.g., developer or data analyst)
- Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture concepts ,fluent in SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets for making product decisions and measure product success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the ad-tech industry or mobile app ecosystem.
- Background in developing platforms or products for B2B customers.
- Technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
