We’re looking for a Software Engineer - Graduate who’s passionate about building scalable and efficient systems. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy graduate eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop the core components of the platform, enhance system performance, and help deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

The company operates on the belief that credible, visible, and actionable data should empower every GRC team’s decision-making. Anecdotes enables enterprises to seamlessly collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, providing continuous, real-time visibility into their Security Compliance posture.
What You'Ll Do
- Develop real products from day one, taking ownership of production-grade features end to end.
- Use AI to create smarter, data-driven solutions that solve meaningful problems and impact real customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customer success teams to turn ideas into reality.
- Learn fast, make an impact, and help shape the future direction of a fast-moving startup.
Requirements
- Full-time availability, must have already graduated - start date - mid December
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated tech-savviness and curiosity for new tools.
- Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with complex data environments, cyber-security, or large-scale systems.
- Previous student positions or internships in tech companies.
- Second degree (MSc/MA) in a relevant field.
