We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help shape the visual voice of our global brand. As part of our marketing team, you’ll design impactful visuals that elevate campaigns, strengthen our corporate storytelling, and bring complex ideas to life. From digital campaigns and executive presentations to training materials and internal communications, your work will reach global audiences and play a pivotal role in how we engage customers and employees. This position requires working U.S. business hours.
- Design visually compelling graphics for global digital platforms, presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.
- Develop templates, infographics, reports, and other visual assets tailored to both technical and business audiences.
- Translate complex IT and business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
- Contribute to the creative process by brainstorming visual approaches and recommending new ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver designs aligned with corporate branding and messaging.
- Partner with stakeholders across regions and time zones to support global marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Work with copywriters and other designers to ensure consistent visual storytelling across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and business priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure fresh, innovative creative output.
Skills And Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience in B2B or technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B or technology-related designs and creative problem-solving, demonstrating versatility across digital and print formats.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into impactful, business-aligned visual narratives.
- Passion for visual storytelling and the ability to turn strategic ideas into memorable, audience-ready designs.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and designing for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of brand identity and how it informs visual design.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours to collaborate effectively with North America-based teams.

- Experience designing motion graphics or short-form video content optimized for digital and social platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to interactive or animated infographics and innovative storytelling formats.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to support alignment between visual design and user experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and how design integrates into campaign workflows.
