- Responsibilities of the Investigations & Security Administrative Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Job Description
- Provides administrative support to the Deputy Director of Investigations & Security and to other supervisory team members within the department.
- Serves as a liaison between Deputy Director and other Investigations & Security staff.
- Provides administrative support for Lottery Draw operations and assists Drawings Manager with coordinating daily drawing activities.
- Provides administrative support for investigations and background checks.
- Serves as a resource for other team members and helps prepare training materials.
- Securely handles and maintains confidential files and records.
- Maintains calendars for Deputy Director and other departmental supervisory staff.
- Schedules and organizes meetings and prepares meeting agendas.
- Tracks departmental action items.
- Organizes, reviews and summarizes reports. Supports internal reporting needs.
- Gathers, organizes and prepares briefing materials for Deputy Director and other departmental supervisory staff.
- Assists with updating written internal Office of Investigations & Security procedures and manuals.
- Provides various office support tasks such as handling departmental mail, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and greeting departmental visitors.
- Performs other duties and works on special projects.
Unusual Working Conditions: May require evening, weekend & holiday hours based on operational need. Schedule may change with notice based on operational need.

Qualifications
30 months experience or 30 months training in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 months experience in secretarial/administrative professional field.
-Or 12 months experience as Administrative Professional 2,16872.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
