Execute product development for RPA and AI automation initiatives
Act as Product Owner and manage product backlogs
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Coordinate with Business Analysts to validate and refine requirements
Participate in agile ceremonies and facilitate sprint activities
Coordinate stakeholder requirements and conduct product workshops
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, preferably with Agile/Scrum Product Owner or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certifications.
Experience:
- 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or related fields with more than 2 years of experience in RPA implementations and automation technologies in banking/financial services industry. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in AI technologies, will be preferred.
Skills:
- Good understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies including ML and process intelligence
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities
- Proven agile development environment experience.
