Lead RPA Product Manager

Lead end-to-end product development for RPA and AI automation initiatives

Serve as Product Owner and manage product backlogs using agile methodologies

Coordinate with Business Analysts and development teams for timely delivery

Build stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision and roadmap

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferably with Product Management or Business Analysis professional certifications or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification

Experience:

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields in Banking/financial services industry with atleast  3 years with RPA implementations and automation technologies.
• Over 3 years in team leadership or coordination roles
• Candidates with 2 years of experience in AI technology will be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Knowledge of AI technologies including ML, NLP, and process intelligence
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Business analysis and requirements management (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
