What You’Ll Do

Provide timely, empathetic support to customers via chat, email, and Telegram, ensuring issues are resolved with a high level of satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems and propose solutions or workarounds that improve the customer journey.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build and expand our internal knowledge base.

Contribute to the improvement of support processes and guidelines, enhancing efficiency and consistency.

Share feedback and insights to help refine our product and shape long-term solutions.

What We’Re Looking For

0–1 year of experience in a customer support role (experience in tech is a plus).

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work daily and weekend shifts (no overnight shifts).
