Lead - Architecture & Design (Navbharat)

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional growth and development.

Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design proposals and gather feedback.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in architectural design to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices within the organization.

Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within budget constraints.

Manage relationships with external design consultants and contractors to achieve project goals.

Collaborate with project managers to integrate architectural design requirements with overall project objectives.

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Architectural Design within the Real Estate industry.

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading architectural design projects from concept to completion.

Proven experience in managing a team of architects and designers.
