Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :-

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that present data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the real estate development industry, including trends in property values, market demand, and competitive landscape.
• Project Evaluation: Evaluate the financial and operational feasibility of potential development projects through detailed data analysis and modeling.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and development, to ensure alignment and support for data-driven initiatives.
• Technology Integration: Leverage advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and support the organization's business intelligence needs.
• Compliance and Privacy: Ensure that all data analysis activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and security.

Job Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate development industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements

Qualification:-

Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience :-

A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the real estate development industry.
