Requirements

What You Bring To The Table:

• 10+ years as a CA or CPA, ideally with a background in audit or commercial finance, and a proven record leading teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments — including offshore.
• Strategic mindset, operational edge. You see the story behind the numbers and know how to simplify complexity. You build systems that scale, not spreadsheets that break.
• Compliance you can count on. You’ll own the preparation of tax returns, BAS, FBT, and reporting — working with auditors, financiers, and advisors to keep everything accurate, efficient, and compliant.
• Cash flow confidence. You manage cash like a growth lever — ensuring stability while spotting opportunities to optimise and reinvest.
• A future CFO in the making. You’re ready to think beyond the role, influence strategy, and step up when opportunity knocks.
