Core Responsibilities:
- Advertisement Design: Create visually compelling digital advertisements (static and animated banners, social media ads, display ads, and retargeting creatives) tailored to the unique voice and objectives of each Group.One brand.
- Web Page Graphics: Design engaging web page elements (hero images, promotional banners, landing page visuals, icons, and supporting graphics) that drive conversions and enhance the user experience.
- Documents and display: design clear and engaging layouts for email campaigns, product brochures, invitations, event booths, print ads and other marketing communication collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with individual brand guidelines while leveraging shared resources for efficiency and consistency across Group.One’s portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, motion specialists, and web/UX teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Template Creation: Develop and maintain reusable design templates for ads and web components to streamline campaign production and support rapid iteration, working closely with the UX team and the in-house Figma based gravity design system.
- Optimization: Adapt and optimize graphics for various platforms (desktop, mobile, social channels) and formats, ensuring fast load times and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency and rapid iteration for A/B testing.
Requirements:
- Portfolio: Demonstrated experience designing high-impact digital ads and web page graphics for multiple brands or clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and other relevant web design tools.
- Digital-First Mindset: Strong understanding of responsive design, web best practices, and the latest trends in digital advertising and web aesthetics.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs that are visually consistent and conversion-focused.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional creative teams.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with basic animation for web ads (using tools like After Effects or Lottie).
- Familiarity with A/B testing principles and data-driven design optimization.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience working in an agency is preferred.
- Familiarity with interpreting briefs, working with tight deadlines, and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.
- Proven track record of success in crafting compelling copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing channels and formats is required (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, display ads, Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
Competencies Required:
- English fluency: written and spoken. Additional languages are a bonus but not required.
- Cross-Brand Fluency: Adapt output to diverse brand personalities while identifying opportunities for shared creative efficiencies.
- Platform familiarity: able to develop to the requirements of each publishing platform (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, responsive web pages), ensuring optimal presentation of visuals and copy.
- Tools usage: Utilize company tools for collaboration, such as Confluence, Jira, Slack.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all outputs meet necessary standards (e.g., European Accessibility Act)
- Performance improvement mindset: we like to learn and experiment. Agency team will need to adapt ads and other deliverables according to performance data and feedback, such as conversion and engagement rate, customer feedback etc.
- Proactive communication: primary marketing stakeholders are in European or US Pacific time-zones, so an ability to interpret and clarify a brief is key to ensuring quality deliverables.
