The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident, driven Sales Executive who excels in communication, virtual meetings, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for converting prospects into exhibitors through high-quality sales conversations and Teams meetings.
This role offers a clear, fast-track pathway to senior leadership, including potential progression into Event Directorship within 18 - 24 months for high performers.
What You Will Do
- Run high-quality sales calls, Teams meetings, and online demos with prospective exhibitors
- Communicate the value of our events and confidently close deals
- Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline
- Research and identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Convert warm leads in collaboration with our marketing and senior sales teams
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
- Provide a polished, consultative sales experience from first contact to contract
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in virtual sales meetings and closing conversations
- Proactive, results-driven and motivated by achievement
- Able to build rapport quickly and manage multiple priorities
- No degree required — attitude, energy and ambition matter most
- Uncapped commission with realistic Year 1 OTE of $100,000–$140,000
