We are seeking a dedicated Site Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our production teams daily to ensure they perform efficiently while adhering to safety, quality, deadlines, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards (SQDIP).
What You Will Do:
- Provide daily support to production teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery times, stock accuracy, and productivity
- Identify and implement improvements in assembly processes and tools
- Lead qualification of major developments and new processes
- Act a key interface between Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Driving problem-solving, process optimization, and system excellence, based on ISO 9001
- Ensure stable and efficient production processes aligned with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
- Support production teams in achieving SQDIP performance targets.
- Maintain and update work instructions, process documentation, and calibration records.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
- Support internal and external audits, including implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage and coordinate customer complaint investigations with relevant departments.
- Supervision of measurement equipment, ensuring timely calibration, collecting technical documentation and reports
- Identify root causes of process and quality issues using 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, and other structured methods.
- Lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap, rework, and non-conformities.
- Contribute to Lean, Kaizen, and FAST initiatives to improve efficiency and process performance
- Cooperate closely with Planning, SQE, Logistics, Process Engineering, and HSE teams.
What You Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, electronics, aerospace, or similar).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, RCA).
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- ERP (SAP) and CAD proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Communicative level of English (written and spoken)
