项目质量工程师Quality Engineer(太仓)

Your Key Responsibilities

• 作为客户端质量接口完成项目阶段的质量活动，在满足内外部要求的基础上完成PPAP文件的准备及PSW的签署。定义及完成安全投产。最终批准指定的产品/系统交付或在客户现场安装，并处理客户投诉。
• 对生产、交付或安装的产品和系统进行检查，并做出相应的最终批准。
• 确保生产区域符合质量管理体系，并提供质量分析工具及协调主导质量问题解决。
• 生产现场质量持续改进:监控车间质量问题，处理不合格产品和过程偏差，进行根本原因分析和改进；对质量数据进行统计分析，并采取行动提高产品质量。
• 量产后与客户相关的变更申请与批准沟通
• 客户投诉的的组织、协调对投诉部件进行故障分析并提供8D报告
• 监控及维护客户portal并依照内部投诉处理要求维护系统。
• 监控并确认投诉措施的有效性，定期组织lesson learn。
• 负责与相关部门共同进行质量改进，以降低质量成本和提升客户满意度。

Your Qualifications

• 理工科专业背景，全日制本科及以上学历
• 至少5 年以上汽车行业的质量领域工作经验
• 熟悉机械加工工艺，例如机加工、装配等
• 熟练使用质量管理工具，包括五大质量工具（PPAP、APQP、SPC......）
• 了解 ISO TS16949、熟练使用8-D 方法、统计方法 
• 具备较强的抗压能力、逻辑思维清晰、主动性强、沟通能力强。
• 英语可作为工作语言者优先
