Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary IT Product Manager to lead AI initiatives within the IT Employee Experience team. This role blends traditional IT product management with the strategic influence of an AI Champion, acting as a bridge between the central AI enablement team and engineering groups to drive awareness, experimentation, and adoption of AI tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management Duties
- Conduct Use Case Discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Facilitate Prioritization Exercises to align initiatives with strategic goals and resource availability.
- Lead Solution Alignment Workshops with technical teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Document detailed requirements in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI solutions and manage delivery timelines.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Track and report on KPIs and ROI for deployed AI solutions.
Ai Champion Responsibilities
- Evangelize AI: Promote AI use cases, tools, and success stories across IT and business units.
- Identify Use Cases: Surface opportunities and pain points for AI-driven transformation.
- Experiment & Pilot: Lead or support small-scale AI experiments and proof-of-concepts.
- Upskill & Educate: Create recorded training materials and lead sessions to build AI literacy.
- Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback to the IT’s AI forum.
- Collaborate: Actively participate in the AI Champions Forum and cross-functional strategy discussions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, preferably with exposure to AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including NLP, RPA, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for AI adoption and a track record of driving change.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Experience in HR or IT employee experience domains.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
