Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management:
- Build and maintain mutual-trusted, win-win JBP relationships with key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailor-made solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact window for key accounts.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products & activations in omni-channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing/SMKT etc cross-functional team to create tailior product solution or shopper-based activations that align with account strategies.
3. Performance Metrics Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze account performance against established KPIs and keep improving ROI.
- Make sure account AR is smoothly as plan.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account performance clearly internally & externally
4. Selling & Negotiation Management:
- Mamixize selling influence power to create win-win status with key accounts.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree+ in business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management
· Skills:
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Ability to analyze data and market trends.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities.
