About The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Consultant, Direct Sales PF to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Personal Financing (PF) products to prospective and existing customers. You will play a key part in achieving sales targets, expanding RHB’s retail banking footprint, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional financial solutions and advisory.
What You Will Be Doing:
Sales
- Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing (PF) products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of overall Group sales goals.
- Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers through internal marketing and self-generated leads.
- Set appointments, conduct sales visits where necessary, and engage early with new-to-bank customers.
- Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, credit cards, and more.
Customer Service
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer experience in line with the Bank’s service standards.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements set by the Bank.
- Uphold and protect the image and reputation of the Bank at all times.
Operations
- Ensure the sales premise and workspace are well-maintained and reflect the quality and standards set by the Bank.
What We'Re Looking For:
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Personal Financing or other banking products
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable engaging with people and proactive in building customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products will be an added advantage.
