What You’Ll Do:

Extensive knowledge in patching tool & automation. Extend technical support to L1 team for patch deployment and issue’s resolution. Vendor/ team stakeholders’ coordination to ensure smooth operations. Candidate must have hands-on experience with this tool for patching, software deployment, and endpoint management (preferably ManageEngine Endpoint Central). Patch Management (Windows, RHEL, Ubuntu- servers and end points)

Ability to scan, approve, and deploy patches for multiple OS platforms in an enterprise environment and generating compliance reports for audits.

OS Updates & Upgrades

  • Knowledge of applying OS updates, feature upgrades, and service packs without disrupting business operations.

Enterprise Environment (20,000+ endpoints, 2000+ DC/DR setup)

  • Experience managing large-scale deployments across data center and disaster recovery environments.

Golden Image Creation

  • Skill in creating and maintaining standardized OS images for endpoints and servers for quick provisioning.

Agent Deployment & Endpoint Discovery

  • Ability to deploy EPC agents on endpoints and ensure proper discovery and grouping for patching.

 Vulnerability Remediation (using EPC or custom scripts)

 MDM – should have a complete knowledge of policy deployment in MDM and device enrolment. (preferably ManageEngine)

 Installing and test desktop software applications running in the Customer environment and configuration of internet browsers for running Customer applications  Ensure that the systems shall be patched on N-1 Level  Provide a tracker for Unsupported OS for endpoints & servers (RHEL, Windows etc).

Added Advantages:

  • Hands-on/ certification in Manage Engine, End Point Patching/ EPC Solution.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Endpoint Central, including server-agent communication and deployment errors.

What You Will Bring:

  • Should be Science Graduate (IT/ Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 3 years of Windows, Virtualization, Ubuntu, Solutions and minimum 5 years’ total experience in the field of IT implementation / support of related solutions.
  • Should be certified in any 2 of the following certifications:

MCSA/ RHCSA/RHCE/CISA/ Azure 800, 801

  • Mandatory knowledge & Experience (3 year out of overall 5 years) in patching solutions.
