Maintenance Manager

Pipestone Repairs & Maintenance is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians servicing sow farms. This role offers variety, leadership, and the chance to make an impact for farmers every day while living out our core values: Integrity, Commitment, Caring, Teamwork, and Growth.

• What You’ll Do:
• ✔ Manage and perform maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
• ✔ Oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• ✔ Ensure safety and biosecurity compliance
• ✔ Plan and schedule maintenance activities
• ✔ Promote proper use of company assets
• What We’re Looking For:
• ✅ B.S. in Ag or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
• ✅ 2+ years in production, operations, or maintenance
• ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
• ✅ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• ✅ Must qualify to drive a company vehicle
