Role At A Glance

As a Technical Project Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement of Deligo’s POS, payment, and API integrations. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, driving alignment between teams and maintaining the technical health of our partner ecosystem. You’ll manage the operational lifecycle of integrations—overseeing releases, monitoring stability, and improving processes that keep our platform running reliably.

How You’Ll Make A Difference

  • Lead day-to-day product operations for POS, payment, and partner API integrations
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues raised by the Customer Operations team, providing detailed triage and root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and external partners to plan, track, and execute fixes, enhancements, and new rollouts
  • Maintain clear documentation for integrations, version history, and deployment status
  • Oversee integration testing, release timelines, and regression cycles in collaboration with QA and Product
  • Support API debugging and contribute to the design of standardized, reusable integration flows
  • Partner with Customer Operations to improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Participate in pilot projects introducing new POS or payment partners from a technical operations perspective
  • Identify bottlenecks or recurring operational issues and propose automation or process improvements

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 5 years of professional experience in Technical Project Management, Product Operations, or a similar cross-functional technical role
  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, SaaS systems, and connected data integrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Skilled in issue triage, debugging workflows, and translating technical insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in process improvement
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and adapting to changing priorities
  • Collaborative communicator with strong teamwork skills across Product, Ops, and Engineering
  • Willingness to occasionally join partner or client meetings and deployments ✈️

Bonus Points

  • Experience with POS or payment integrations (e.g., MCR, Adyen, FreedomPay, Stripe, Kanpla)
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting for operational diagnostics
  • Proficiency in French or German
