Assist in the delivery of the marketing and communications plans that support North American business strategy. Manage processes and systems to ensure smooth delivery of external marketing communications in a manner that reflects GHD's values and purpose.Responsabilities:
- Provides program management support to Marketing and Communications Lead, Environment and Energy, for market-specific North American marketing plans.
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns and programs for the Environment and Energy markets
- Coordinate content development and proofread content for variety of channels in collaboration with marketing communications lead (web, social, collateral, video, thought leadership, webinars)
- Support campaign delivery by website posting via Sitecore, Salesforce marketing cloud for campaign management and project management through Monday.com
- Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs
- Collaborate with the North America marketing team peers and Centers of Excellence team members to support project delivery and campaign implementation.
- Support development of project brief and ensure all communication adheres to project brief and brand standards.
Experience And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or similar field of study
- 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
- Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing, such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market data analytics and tools.
- Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
- Demonstrable experience in marketing campaigns deployment via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, CMS, Canva, etc.), and applications (Salesforce, Sitecore, Web analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
