As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for driving occupancy and promoting the senior living community by providing exceptional service to prospective residents and their families. The Sales Coordinator works to build relationships, assess needs, and guide families through the decision-making process. This role involves selling available units, giving tours, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
- Lead Management and Sales – manage inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up. Conduct tours of facility, close sales by encouraging and guiding prospective residents and their families, qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and match them with living options.
- Sales Documentation and Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system, track individual sales performance, and update/manage the waitlist and follow up with prospective residents regularly.
- Community Outreach – Represent community at local events, health fairs and networking opportunities to build relationships with referrals such as hospitals, physicians, and other local organizations.
- Resident Onboarding – Assist new residents and their families through the move-in process, providing support with paperwork, orientation, and logistics.

This Job Also Requires:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a senior living, healthcare, or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
- The ability to pass a state-required background study and physically perform all job-related duties.
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to effectively collaborate with staff, residents, and visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred).
