Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

The Plant Manager oversees all daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure safety, quality, production efficiency, and cost-effective processes. This role provides strategic leadership, manages cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement to support organizational goals. The Plant Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, maintains operational excellence, and fosters a culture of accountability and high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor supervisory and production staff; manage performance and workforce development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
• Manage plant budget, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in production management, process optimization, and team leadership.
