Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in the Performance and Risk Analytics (PRA) team within Investment Information Services, you deliver comprehensive performance and risk reports to institutional clients. You coordinate technical solutions, support client onboarding, and address reporting queries. You play a key role in implementing controls and supporting non-BAU projects to enhance team operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver performance reports, including attribution and risk analytics
- Support senior analysts in implementing client change requests
- Assist with client queries related to reporting activities
- Facilitate new client onboarding for the PRA team
- Implement controls to address key operational risks
- Support Team Leaders in non-BAU projects
- Coordinate with onsite Delivery Partners
- Oversee SLA management and work allocation
- Demonstrate understanding of PRA calculation methodologies
- Articulate drivers of security attribution reports to clients
- Conduct client walk-throughs of key performance and risk reports
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or similar
- Demonstrate progress toward or completion of relevant postgraduate qualifications
- Possess 6+ years of financial analysis experience in financial services
- Utilize core applications and analyze large datasets effectively
- Excel at interrogating data and maintaining client report templates
- Exhibit strong numerical and analytical skills
- Apply sound knowledge of financial markets and products
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Attain postgraduate qualifications such as CFA, MBA, or similar
- Excel in performance measurement or accounting roles within funds management
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Communicate complex analytics clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Lead process improvements and technical solution implementations
- Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs and industry trends
