Full Stack Engineer-Application Development-Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java (Backend) and Angular (Frontend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of design patterns, best coding practices, and system architecture.

Good To Have:

• Insurance domain knowledge (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Lead the design and optimization of complex application solutions, Oversee application project management and execution, Mentor junior application engineers, Ensure applications align with organizational goals, Provide strategic guidance on application technologies.

Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
