We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical execution within Agile PODs. This role involves mentoring engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning architectural vision with practical implementation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and able to lead teams through complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor engineering teams to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and robust development processes.
• Drive Agile POD execution with strong ownership of tasks, sprint goals, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Architects and Product Owners to translate designs and business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Oversee planning, development, testing, and deployment activities across the POD.
• Coach junior engineers and support their growth through technical guidance and feedback.
• Identify gaps in processes, propose improvements, and implement automation to streamline workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Angular along with proficiency in Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of databases including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and POD-based delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or OOH ad-tech environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and performance dashboards.
