Job Description

Are you ready to lead a global HR technology initiative and make a real impact? The Eurofins network of companies is looking for a proactive and driven Team Lead to manage and continuously improve our Annual Review Process (ARP) Tool – a key solution within our global Compensation & Benefits landscape.

In this role, you will shape the strategic roadmap, ensuring the tool delivers maximum efficiency and an excellent user experience. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, formalise global best practices, and introduce improvements based on feedback and data insights. Your expertise will help us optimise processes and create dashboards that provide meaningful business intelligence.

You will also lead a talented team, hiring, coaching and motivating professionals to achieve outstanding results. Collaboration across global teams will be central to your success, as will your involvement in exciting projects aimed at enhancing HR processes worldwide.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic foundation, ideally holding a master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business, and an excellent academic track record. You should have proven experience in designing and managing complex project roadmaps, as well as initial people management experience in a multinational environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and any knowledge of HRIS systems will be considered an advantage. A strong command of written and spoken English is required.

Soft Skills:

We value individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at both business and technical levels. You should demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach. The ability to deliver high-quality analytical work under tight deadlines, combined with great attention to detail, is key. A positive, forward-looking attitude, the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing deadlines, and take initiative will set you apart. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, resilience under pressure, and strong work ethics are essential.
