QA Engineer

Collaborating with the development team to address defects in a timely manner, identify root causes, and determine ways to prevent in the future.

Recording all defect details, creating reports outlining the types of defects found and the steps taken to reproduce the issues

Work with the product team to understand the requirements and specifications of new features/products, and provide feedback on requirements to ensure all user journeys are covered

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that can be maintained as features/products increase in size

Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to meet software release deliverables.

Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality

Identify gaps in test coverage, and make recommendations on priority and how best to fill them.

Create appropriate test strategies based on risk and feasibility, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and understood.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Proactively develop, implement, and refine formal QA methodologies, collaborating among teams

Lead evaluation and implementation of new QA-related tools and processes.

Design, implement, and educate teams on test automation frameworks and processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work or schooling experience with Manual Testing
• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases (functional and non-functional) for Mobile/Web/Backend applications
• Experience in detail-oriented mobile app testing for user experience, mobile app design and pixel-perfection, functionality, accessibility, regression, security, availability
• Good understanding of HTTP and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of software performance testing techniques
• Self-starter that can perform with minimal direction
• Proficient in reading and writing in English
• Proficient in reading and writing in Thai

If Have, Then A Plus:

• Competence in the Agile development process
• Proficient in JIRA
• Experience with Automated Testing
• Experience with Performance and/or Security Testing
