Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and maintaining the user interfaces of applications and software systems that support various aspects of the company's operations which adhere to the company’s technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Operational Duties. Performed job/task in:
- Daily:
• Implement UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.
• Fix layout bugs and visual inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with backend and design teams.
- Weekly:
• Conduct UI/UX testing and cross-browser compatibility checks.
• Participate in sprint meetings and UI reviews.
- Monthly:
• Optimize frontend performance (loading time, rendering speed).
• Roll out new user-facing features.
- Annually:
• Propose and help implement design system or component library updates.
• Evaluate and update frontend tech stack if needed.

1. Performance Focus (QPC, Environment, OHS, Energy, Social)• Deliver pixel-perfect and accessible UI based on design specs.• Ensure performance and mobile responsiveness of the web pages.• Maintain code quality and consistency in components.
2. People and Development• Continually develop frontend knowledge and skills (e.g., frameworks like CI 4).• Share frontend best practices with teammates.
3. Reporting and Documentation• Create and maintain documentation for components, modules, and UI logic.• Track and report UI-related issues and updates during development cycles.
4. Authority• Decide, inform, and act: on frontend framework/library choice (with team consensus).• Provide input to UI/UX designers based on frontend feasibility.
5. Continuous Improvement• Optimize frontend workflow (e.g., using linters, bundlers, style guides).• Propose better structure or reusable components.• Participate in retrospective meetings for improvement suggestions.
6. Other Duty• Support testing (e.g., UI testing, integration) and QA when needed.• Assist with bug fixing post-deployment.• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor. 

• EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in frontend development using modern frameworks.
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
• Capable of handling/performing multitasking which requiring computer use, as well as travelling to any other company location where needed
