Contracts Manager

Oversee all contractual aspects of the Green Riyadh CMO Project, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and subcontracts in coordination with project teams.

Manage claims, disputes, and contractual correspondence with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Provide guidance on contract strategy, risk management, and compliance to project management and leadership teams.

Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables, including reports, certificates, and approvals.

Monitor contractual performance, track milestones, and maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities.

Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, and finance departments to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or environmental projects.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
